Two weeks after your consultation, your implant surgery begins. Using the minimum number of implants required, Dr Robby completes the procedure efficiently. Immediate temporary teeth are provided, allowing you to eat, speak, and maintain your routine while your implants integrate naturally for a functional smile.

Once healing is complete, your temporary teeth are replaced with permanent dental restorations. Dr Robby Sehmi

Dr Robby Sehmi has over 25 years of experience in dentistry, combining extensive clinical practice with advanced training in implant and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of the AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry) and the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists), and an Invisalign Accredited Provider. Dr Sehmi completed a year-long Master’s program in implant surgery at the Brener Implant Institute and uses modern 3D imaging and software to deliver precise implant placement. Dr Robby also received top honours and graduated in Dentistry from Trinity College, Dublin, in 2003. He also obtained a degree in biology and chemistry from the University of Toronto (1998). Following graduation, Dr Sehmi worked in multidisciplinary private practices in the UK and Australia, where he was mentored in endodontics and complex restorative treatments.
Dr Robby Sehmi is currently the lead trainer of IAS Academy in the UK (Clear Aligners). He has written several articles on minimally invasive orthodontics and regularly lectures across Australia to other dentists. With his extensive expertise in full-arch implants, Dr Robby is also a Key Opinion Leader for the DIO Implants Full Arch System. Under the leadership of Dr Robby, Finesse Dental was named The Centre of Excellence for Neodent Implants.

With extensive expertise and a strong passion for implant surgery, Dr Robby serves as a Key Opinion Leader for the DIO Implants Full Arch System. He also specialises in and provides advanced training on the Neodent Implant System, educating fellow clinicians in delivering high-quality implant outcomes. He also specialises and educates on the Neodent Implant System. Dr Robby is well known in the dental industry for his skills and passion for dentistry, particularly implant surgery and full-mouth rehabilitation. He has lectured alongside industry-leading experts, including Dr Pedro Rodrigues from Portugal. He also travels extensively to learn the latest in dentistry from around the world and brings new technology and techniques to Australia.
Dr Sehmi set up Finesse Dental in 2008 and continues to practice privately in Sydney, Australia, dedicated to cosmetic and restorative aesthetic dentistry. His special interest in minimally invasive cosmetic procedures motivated him to master the use of Aligners. He has successfully completed a large number of cases in Australia and is now a certified Clear Aligner Trainer for Australia and New Zealand. Dr Sehmi prides himself on detail, precision, and perfection, and, with his exemplary communication skills, has earned the respect of his patients, colleagues, and students. Much of his education has been dedicated to every aspect of patient care and comfort, with a unique focus on helping fearful patients overcome their anxiety so they can receive the treatment they need. Apart from family and dentistry, Dr Sehmi is a fitness enthusiast who also enjoys hiking, biking, resistance training, and golf. His other passions include art and design.
